Sources confirm that in addition to these 23 key suspects, 153 other individuals have also been added to the PCL as part of the investigation

LONDON: The names of 23 Pakistanis, allegedly involved in the London attack on former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, have been added to the Passport Control List (PCL), according to officials from Pakistan’s passport authorities. Among the individuals listed are Shayan Ali, a figure who gained attention during the London protests, and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Malaika Bukhari, both of whom are now linked to the ongoing investigation into the attack.

Other names included on the list are Sadia Faheem, Faheem Gulzar, Maheen Faisal, Sadra Tariq, Habba Tariq, Waqas Chohan, Mohsin Haider, Zameer Akram, Sardar Taimoor, Mohammad Pervez Ali, Rukhsana Kausar, Sheikh Mohammad Jameel, Mehran Habib, Zaheer Ahmad, Rehman Anwar, Mohammad Sadiq Khan, Khadija Kashif, Mohammad Naveed Afzal, Shehzad Qureshi, Suleman Ali Shah, and Bilal Anwar. These individuals are all suspected of involvement in the attack, which targeted the former Chief Justice in London earlier this year.

Sources confirm that in addition to these 23 key suspects, 153 other individuals have also been added to the PCL as part of the investigation. As part of the authorities’ response, the passports of the 23 individuals have been officially revoked, preventing them from leaving the country. Furthermore, the government has taken the step of reaching out to British authorities with a request for the extradition of these suspects. If successful, the individuals will be brought to Pakistan, where they will face arrest and interrogation in connection with the attack.

This development underscores the seriousness with which the Pakistani government is treating the case, as well as the growing diplomatic coordination between Pakistan and the UK to ensure accountability for the assault on a prominent figure. The inclusion of such a wide range of individuals on the PCL reflects the scale of the investigation, which continues to unfold as authorities seek to gather evidence and build a case against those allegedly responsible.
