VLADIVOSTOK, RUSSIA: The 9th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) has commenced in Vladivostok, a prominent city in Russia’s Far East, drawing over 6,000 participants from 76 countries and regions. The forum, themed “Far East 2030: Combining Strengths to Create New Potential,” runs from September 3 to 6 and features an extensive agenda with approximately 100 events spanning seven key tracks, including international cooperation, technological sovereignty, and transport logistics.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is slated to attend the plenary session on Thursday, where he will address critical economic and geopolitical topics.
