SUKKUR: Three individuals, including a police officer, were killed in Shikarpur on Friday following a violent land dispute. The incident occurred at Lakhi Gate, Shikarpur, where a clash erupted between two factions of the Luhar community over a land issue.
The deceased include Police Officer Nadir, Mirza Luhar, and Veerum Luhar. Taj Muhammad Luhar was injured in the altercation. Police arrived at the scene and transported the bodies to Shikarpur Hospital for examination. Authorities have reported that some suspects have been apprehended in connection with the incident. The situation remains tense in Shikarpur, with local residents remaining indoors due to ongoing gunfire.
