SUKKUR: A notable event took place at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage with the inauguration of an outdoor sports area and the launch of a three-day ceramics design workshop. The ceremony was led by Syed Kumail Hyder Shah, Chairman of the District Council Sukkur, who was joined by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, faculty members, and students of the university.

During the event, Chairman Syed Kumail Hyder Shah commended Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand for his visionary leadership, highlighting the positive impact of his initiatives on both the university and the broader community. Shah also pledged his continued support for Aror University’s current and future projects, emphasizing the importance of fostering education, creativity, and innovation.

In line with the university’s commitment to sustainability, Shah announced that, with the support of the Sindh government, Aror University would transition to a fully solar-powered system. This move aligns with the university’s broader efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and promote green energy. Furthermore, he announced cash prizes for students and faculty members who demonstrate exceptional performance in the ceramics design workshop, aiming to encourage creativity and foster a positive environment for artistic growth. Professor Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor of Aror University, provided insights into the university’s recent accomplishments, ongoing projects, and future goals.
