TORKHAM: Under the Temporary Admission Documents (TAD) agreement, freight vehicles have been granted permission to cross the Pak-Afghan Torkham border. According to customs sources, these vehicles, along with their drivers and helpers, can now freely enter Afghanistan from Pakistan and vice versa.
