By Musarrat Arif KARACHI: The Anti-Corruption Establishment has filed a case in court over alleged manipulation of the 2022 pre-medical examination results of the Karachi Intermediate Board, submitting a challan against seven accused officials. Those named include former board chairman Dr Saeeduddin, former controller Naseem Ahmed Memon, deputy controller Aslam Chauhan, assistant controller Tanveer Zaidi and official Muhammad Athar. Two others have been dropped from the case due to insufficient evidence. Aniqa Saeed, a student of the Social Welfare department, died on October 11 after being struck by a university point bus.
