Glowing tributes were paid to late actor, director, writer and critic, Talat Hussain by the participants of an online condolence reference arranged by Halqa e Arbaab e Zauq (HAZ) Karachi. In their speeches, the participants of the meeting chaired by Faheem Islaam Ansaari, paid homage to Talat Hussain, while stating that he was an exceptional actor, broadcaster and writer who left no stone unturned to serve the cause of art and culture in Pakistan. The participants called up their memories related to Talat Hussain and golden era of radio, television, and film, when as an artiste Talat Hussain was asset to all these mediums. Rizwana Fehmi who acted as moderator expressed her deep shock and grief over the sad demise of Talat Hussain. She said “We have lost a great actor and great human being and we are short of words to mourn the demise and express our sympathy with the bereaved family and well wishers of Talat Hussain on behalf of the HAZ.” She mentioned that Talat Hussain had been a member of HAZ.
