ISLAMABAD: Dr. Zakir Naik, the distinguished Islamic scholar and preacher, has arrived in Islamabad, where he was warmly received by Rana Mashhood, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, and Syed Atta-ur-Rehman, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Dr. Naik is visiting Pakistan at the invitation of the government and is scheduled to address public gatherings in the country’s three major cities: Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.
During his visit, Dr. Naik is expected to not only participate in public events but also hold meetings with high-ranking government officials. His visit aims to highlight Islamic teachings and enhance public understanding and awareness of religious knowledge. In a message released on social media, Dr. Naik announced that he and his associate, Sheikh Farik Naik, are visiting Pakistan at the special invitation of the government. According to his schedule, Dr. Naik will deliver speeches on October 5 and 6 in Karachi, October 12 and 13 in Lahore, and October 19 and 20 in Islamabad.
Dr. Zakir Naik’s speeches will be broadcast live via Peace TV, offering not only Pakistan but the global audience an opportunity to listen to his message. His lectures will focus on illuminating Islamic principles, and it is expected that his insights will inspire religious awareness among the youth. Significant preparations are underway at both public and governmental levels in anticipation of Dr. Naik’s visit. His meetings with prominent national figures may also provide an opportunity to discuss political and social matters, further broadening the scope of his engagements in the country.
