MEHAR: A grand Khatm-ul-Quran gathering was held at Noorani Mosque near Tower Chowk in Mehar, marking the completion of the recitation of the Holy Quran during Taraweeh prayers by Hafiz Muhammad Nawaz Solangi Hussaini.
Addressing the gathering, Allama and Maulana Molvi Ali Hassan Panhwar Hussaini highlighted the significance of the Holy Quran and the blessings of Ramadan, noting that Laylat-ul-Qadr is a sacred night when Muslims collectively worship Allah and strive to uphold the name of Islam. He emphasized that Islam guides believers toward the true religion.
Renowned Naat reciters, including Faqeer Haji Hamid Ali Baledi Hussaini and Hafiz Gada Hussain Hussaini, performed naats in praise of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, earning appreciation from the audience.
The event was attended by a large number of religious scholars, traders, dignitaries, and devotees, including Molvi Zain-ul-Abideen Janwari Hussaini, Hafiz Qari Shahzad Ali Hussaini, Faqeer Zahid Ali Kumbhar, Sajjad Channa, Muhammad Ali Saud Sheikh, Jan Muhammad Chandio Hussaini, Hafiz Farooq Hussaini, and Hafiz Sadaqat Ali Hussaini.
The gathering concluded with prayers for the Muslim Ummah and for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Pakistan. Hafiz Muhammad Nawaz Solangi Hussaini was congratulated on completing the Quran recitation and was honoured with flower garlands and currency notes.
