ISLAMABAD: In the £190 million reference case, the court has issued a questionnaire for PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi to submit their statements under Section 342. The hearing was conducted by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana at Adiala Jail. PTI founder Imran Khan was presented in court, while Bushra Bibi was also present for the hearing.

NAB Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi and Amjad Pervez, along with their team, attended the hearing. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Barrister Salman Safdar, was also present. The court provided both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi with a questionnaire consisting of 79 questions each, instructing them to submit their statements accordingly. The hearing on the £190 million reference has been adjourned until November 11.

In another development, the proceedings in the Toshakhana 2 case against Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were postponed. The hearing in the case took place at Adiala Jail under Special Judge Central Shah Rukh Arjmand. During the hearing, the arguments regarding Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s petitions for acquittal were completed. The court has reserved its verdict on these petitions, and the decision will be announced on November 12.
