SUKKUR: Engr. Sabheen Ghoury, the Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, paid a formal visit to the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) on Tuesday, where she was warmly received by Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah.
