SUKKUR: SSP Khairpur Toheed-ur-Rehman Memon has taken significant steps to strengthen law enforcement in the city. Under his leadership, the SSP organized the Eaglet Force, a dedicated unit aimed at making the 15 auxiliary police (Madadghar) more effective. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to ensure the safety of the public and maintain law and order in the region.
The Eaglet Force is designed to operate with enhanced capabilities, with each area of Khairpur assigned two “eagle” patrol teams, consisting of four trained officers. These patrols will be active both day and night, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance. The force aims to be highly responsive, with its members staying in constant contact with the local community to address any emergencies or incidents promptly.
Additionally, SSP Memon has provided the Eaglet Force with 15 new motorcycles to facilitate quicker movement and better coordination across the city. These efforts reflect the SSP’s commitment to not only improving the effectiveness of the local police but also ensuring that the people of Khairpur feel safe and supported in their community.
