MALAKAND: In a tragic incident in Malakand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, two Levies Force officers, including a Havaldar, were shot dead by an alleged assailant, whose brother has now been arrested. According to the Deputy Commissioner, the Levies Force apprehended the brother of the accused, identified as Saddam, who is believed to have been involved in the fatal shooting. The incident took place late last night at a Levies check post in the Musa Mina Daragai area of Malakand.
Reports suggest that the accused, in collaboration with a friend, opened fire on the officers, resulting in the deaths of two Levies personnel, while another was left injured.
