KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan convened a significant meeting at its central election office, Pakistan House, to celebrate the success of its recent Youth Convention. The event, dubbed “Shabash Sathiyon,” was attended by prominent leaders including Chairman Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, senior leader Syed Mustafa Kamal, Anis Ahmed Qaimkhani, central committee members, MQM assembly members, and various departmental heads.
During the meeting, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui addressed the attendees, commending the collective efforts that contributed to the Youth Convention’s success. He emphasized the pivotal role the convention played in shaping the future of MQM’s younger generation. “Today’s gathering is a tribute to the dedication and hard work of our team. The Youth Convention was instrumental in guiding our youth. Despite facing numerous challenges, we remain steadfast in our mission to mentor the younger generation and prepare them for future leadership roles within the party and beyond,” Dr. Siddiqui stated.
Dr. Siddiqui underscored the crucial role of youth in both the party and the nation, remarking, “With over 180 million young people in Pakistan, it is imperative that we nurture capable and educated leaders who can advance the objectives of both our organization and the country. Our commitment to fostering leadership among the youth will be remembered for its impact.”
Senior leader Syed Mustafa Kamal lauded the Youth Convention, describing it as a historic milestone. “The overwhelming feedback we received reflects the unprecedented success of this event. The Youth Convention set a new standard, surpassing countless previous programs in terms of organization and respect. The participation of thousands of young individuals without any incidents is a testament to the high standards maintained by MQM and its members,” Kamal noted.
Anis Ahmed Qaimkhani praised the dedicated workers who played a crucial role in the convention’s success. “The shields presented today are not only for the recipients but for every individual who contributed to making the convention a success. Moreover, our ongoing tree plantation campaign will culminate in a major event at Kidney Hill Park on Independence Day. We aim to plant thousands of trees as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability. I encourage everyone to actively participate in this initiative.”
The meeting concluded with the distribution of shields and accolades to the members who were instrumental in the success of the Youth Convention. MQM Pakistan remains committed to advancing community service and organizational excellence, reflecting its dedication to both its members and the broader community.
