KARACHI: A new revelation has come to light regarding Natasha Danish, the woman involved in the fatal accident in Karachi’s Karsaz area. Natasha, driving her Land Cruiser at an estimated speed of 100 kilometers per hour, struck and killed a father and daughter and injured five others on the service road.
A new video from the vicinity of the accident has surfaced, revealing that before the fatal collision, Natasha had already hit a white car on the same road. The footage shows that as the white car approached, Natasha initially slowed down but then rapidly accelerated, crashing into the rear door of the vehicle. She also hit two individuals riding a motorcycle, causing them to fall off their bike.
Immediately after the collision, Natasha sped away from the scene. The CCTV footage timestamp indicates that the incident occurred at 6:11 PM. In the aftermath, bystanders and security guards can be seen gathering at the scene.
After fleeing the initial scene, Natasha continued driving at high speed and eventually struck a motorbike carrying a father and his daughter. The impact was so severe that both were thrown onto the road and succumbed to their injuries. Another person was also injured in the incident.
Police sources indicate that Natasha’s reckless speeding, estimated at 100 kilometers per hour on a service road where the speed limit is typically 30 to 40 kilometers per hour, led to the tragic second accident.
The case was registered at the Bahadurabad police station by the deceased’s brother and the deceased girl’s uncle. The court has already held two hearings on the matter, and in the last session, the court sent Natasha to jail on judicial remand.
