ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed deep sorrow over the devastating floods and landslides in Ethiopia and offered full support and assistance to the affected country. In a statement, Pakistan’s Foreign Office extended heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the government and people of Ethiopia.
The statement said Pakistan’s thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families during this difficult time. It also appreciated the efforts of Ethiopian authorities and rescue teams working to help those affected by the disaster.
The Foreign Office added that Pakistan stands ready to provide full cooperation and any possible assistance to support the Ethiopian people as they deal with the aftermath of the floods and landslides.
