DERA ISMAIL KHAN: X-en PESCO WAPDA DIK Division Muhammad Imran Khan Gandapur has issued strict instructions to line staff, emphasizing that “safety must always be the first priority.”
The directives were shared during the T&P Parade, attended by senior officials including SDO City Sub Division-1 Waqas Baloch, Divisional Chairman Shoaib Kundi, Zonal Secretary Iftikhar Khan Bannu Zai, Sub-Division Chairman Rizwan Sunbal, Vice Chairman Syed Kamran Shah, and other key staff.
X-en Imran Khan Gandapur stressed that no work should be carried out hastily or carelessly. He said linemen must never start work without proper PTW, earthing, PPE, T&P, and pole checks. Staff were instructed to immediately report any hazards to the concerned LS officers.
He warned that the life of every worker is precious, adding that any violation of safety protocols would result in strict action under PESCO rules.
