DADU: Motorway Police Beat No. 04, Sector 2 Larkana, conducted a road safety awareness campaign at Dadu Toll Plaza on the Indus Highway, emphasizing the importance of mandatory helmet use for motorcyclists and overall traffic safety.
The campaign, organized under the directives of Inspector General Motorway Police Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry PSP, saw participation from DSP (CPO) Chaudhry Ashfaq Ahmed, Admin Inspector Riaz Ahmed Brohi, and Sub-Inspector Shahabuddin Memon. Officers informed the public that wearing helmets significantly reduces the risk of severe and fatal injuries, and urged strict adherence to traffic laws, speed limits, and general safety precautions.
Citizens welcomed the initiative, calling for continued awareness programs to protect human lives and reduce road accidents in the region.
