NOWSHERA: A robbery involving Rs14.2 million took place on the Peshawar–Islamabad Motorway in Nowshera, police said.
According to officials, four armed suspects looted the cash from a manager of an oil factory at gunpoint. A case has been registered following the incident.
The FIR stated that the robbery occurred while the manager was travelling from Peshawar to Swabi carrying the money.
It added that four individuals travelling in a vehicle intercepted the car on the motorway and forcibly took the cash before fleeing.
