MASTUNG: Security forces killed three terrorists from the outlawed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) during an intelligence-based operation in Mastung district, Balochistan. The operation successfully neutralized the terrorists. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the security forces for their efforts and emphasized that elements spreading terrorism should take note of the fate of the killers of DC Panjgur. He affirmed that terrorism will never be allowed to flourish in Pakistan and assured that the nation stands united in the fight against terrorism. Sharif stated that the war against terrorists will continue until terrorism is completely eradicated.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also commended the security forces for their professionalism and effectiveness in killing the three BLA terrorists in Mastung. He highlighted that the terrorists have met a fitting end, reflecting the competence and dedication of Pakistan’s security forces. It is important to note that on August 12, Deputy Commissioner Zakir Baloch, who was injured by unknown assailants in Mastung district, succumbed to his injuries. Additionally, Abdul Malik, brother of District Chairman Panjgur and Member of the Balochistan Assembly Rehmat Saleh Baloch, was also injured in the attack.
