MIRPURKHAS: Customers and small stamp vendors at Sindh Bank in Mirpurkhas are facing significant difficulties in obtaining e-stamp papers. Reports indicate that individuals seeking these government documents are encountering repeated harassment and delays from the bank staff.
Many customers describe long waiting times and inadequate service, with some staff members outright refusing to process e-stamp paper requests. Complaints about these issues have been reportedly ignored by the bank authorities. When customers express frustration or seek help, they are often asked to leave the premises, and security guards are instructed to remove them.
This treatment has led to growing calls for intervention from higher authorities to address and resolve the ongoing problems at Sindh Bank. The situation underscores the need for better customer service and more efficient handling of e-stamp paper requests.
