The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Muhammad Ali Rahpoto, Secretary Health of SGA Sindh, Dr. Abrar Taniyo, and other dignitaries.
The inaugural ceremony took place at the Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kalwar Conference Hall of SGA and was presided over by Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kalwar. Dr. Muhammad Ali Rahpoto was the chief guest, while guests of honour included Advocate Abdul Razzaq Mehr, Provincial Ombudsman Fazal Muhammad Sheikh, Hafiz Muhammad Sadiq Samejo, Agha Bilawal Pathan, Dr. Khalid Hussain Mehr, former SSP Ghulam Yaseen Kalhor, and others.
The event was conducted by Ayaz Latif Daiyo, General Secretary of SGA Ghotki. Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Rahpoto said that SGA has been serving Sindh for nearly half a century. He added that by helping millions of people, SGA workers experience spiritual fulfilment. He praised the Ghotki branch for organising more than ten medical camps in a single year, describing their humanitarian work as “written in golden letters in history.”
Advocate Abdul Razzaq Mehr said the SGA Ghotki team deserves recognition for its active engagement in humanitarian services. He also noted a worrying trend among local youth, urging civil society to tackle issues such as rising suicides despite the region’s industrial prosperity.
