SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD: A divisional-level meeting of the Anti-Corruption Police was convened under the leadership of SSP and Deputy Director Anti-Corruption for Shaheed Benazirabad Division, Tariq Ali Solangi, to review progress on ongoing investigations and administrative matters across the division.
The monthly review brought together circle officers, DSPs, inspectors, and inquiry officers from the districts of Shaheed Benazirabad, Sanghar, and Naushahro Feroze. The discussions centered on cases due for presentation before the Anti-Corruption Committee, with a strong focus on accelerating investigations and ensuring timely proceedings.
Deputy Director Solangi issued clear instructions urging all officers to promptly complete proceedings on public complaints to ensure that those accused are held accountable and justice is dispensed efficiently. He emphasized strict adherence to office hours, mandating all officials to be present at their district offices from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm without exception.
Highlighting the role of professionalism in public perception, Solangi made it compulsory for all officers to wear their official uniforms, underscoring that this strengthens public trust and projects a disciplined, professional image of the department. The meeting also included a review of government vehicles, with officers receiving specific directives on proper maintenance and responsible usage.
The SSP stressed that integrity, responsibility, and dedication are essential qualities in official duties. He underscored that successful anti-corruption work depends on effective teamwork and prompt action, which are critical for delivering swift justice to the public.
