SOUTH WAZIRISTAN: The local Brigade Commander in the Shakai area of South Waziristan conducted a comprehensive visit to Boya and Mandata villages to assess the security situation and engage directly with the local population. The visit aimed to strengthen coordination between the security forces and residents while addressing pressing public concerns.

During the visit, the Brigade Commander met with community elders, local leaders, and residents to discuss the prevailing law and order situation, development needs, and the provision of basic facilities. The local elders outlined the challenges faced by their communities and offered suggestions for improving conditions in the area.

Addressing the gathering, the Brigade Commander stressed that sustainable peace and stability require close collaboration between the public and security forces. He reaffirmed the commitment of security personnel to safeguarding lives and property and highlighted the ongoing measures being taken to maintain a peaceful environment.

As part of the engagement, gifts and sports equipment were distributed to children, generating visible excitement and appreciation among the younger residents. The local community welcomed the initiative and expressed their willingness to continue cooperating with the security forces.

Concluding the visit, the Brigade Commander assured residents that the security forces would remain actively involved in resolving local issues, supporting development activities, and promoting lasting peace in the region. The elders and residents thanked the Brigade Commander for his proactive engagement and support, emphasizing the positive impact of such initiatives on community trust and stability.
