    Top matriculation students honored in Jamshed Town

    KARACHI: Hira Shabbir, TEO ES&HS Jamshed Town (Female), District East, Karachi, hosted the “Academic Excellence Award” ceremony at GGSS Idara-e-Sharqia to recognise matriculation students who achieved A+ grades in their board examinations. The event celebrated academic achievement while highlighting the importance of fostering excellence across schools in the district.

    A total of 46 students from nine schools, including GGSS Akhter Colony, GGSS Idara-e-Sharqia, GGSS BYJ, GGSS Malir KAECHS, GGSS Chanesar Goth, GGSS Clayton, GGSS Safia Memorial, GGSS Nabi Bagh, and GGHSS Jacob Line No. 1, received cash prizes for their outstanding performance. Principals, head mistresses, and in-charges were also presented with shields of appreciation in recognition of their leadership and dedication to nurturing student success.

    The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including DEO District East Mr Imtiaz Ahmed Qureshi, Deputy DEO Mr Zakir Hussain Bhurgari, TEO ES&HS Gulshan Town (Female) Dr Saima Khalil, and Assistant Education Officer Dr Tehmina Fiaz. Special appreciation was extended to Madam Azra Hayat, HM of GGSS Idara-e-Sharqia, for hosting the event, alongside her supporting team.

    A moment of gratitude was also shared as Mr Mubashir Ahmed, Media Coordinator of TEO Jamshed Town (Female), was honoured with a shield for his exceptional services as he bid farewell.
