DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The entry test for the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Youth Package 2026 was successfully conducted at Shaheed Sher Nawaz Public School, Sararogha, aiming to provide quality educational opportunities to the youth of Upper South Waziristan.

A large number of students from various tehsils and remote areas participated enthusiastically. The administration ensured a transparent and well-organized environment, with proper security and logistical arrangements so that students could take the test without fear or inconvenience.

The local Brigade Commander visited the examination center, interacting with students and encouraging them. He said the COAS Youth Package is designed to provide equal opportunities to talented students from tribal and underprivileged regions, enabling them to access modern education and training and contribute positively to national development.

He also briefed students on the facilities offered under the package, including admissions to quality educational institutions, specialized training programs, vocational and technical courses, career counselling, and scholarships. He described the initiative as a key step toward empowering youth, fostering self-reliance, and integrating them into the national mainstream.

Students and parents welcomed the program, highlighting that it gives young people from remote areas like South Waziristan the chance to showcase their potential and secure a brighter future.

The COAS Youth Package aims to equip the younger generation with education, technical skills, and career opportunities, enabling them to become responsible citizens and contribute to the socio-economic development of their regions and the country.
