HYDERABAD: A young man was killed after a violent clash between two groups of the Mallah community in the Omar Sanda area of Tando Allahyar district, police said.
The incident took place in Elchi Dhoro village, in the locality of Yousuf Mallah, within the limits of Omar Sanda police station. The victim, identified as Sahib Dino, died from gunshot wounds sustained during the confrontation.
According to police, the shooting followed an old domestic dispute that escalated into violence. Officers said Sahib Dino was allegedly shot by his cousin during the clash.
Police reached the scene soon after receiving information about the incident and launched a search operation to arrest the suspect, who remains at large. After completing legal formalities, the body was handed over to the victim’s family.
