KARACHI: Deputy Mayor Karachi, Salman Abdullah Murad, conducted an inspection of several ongoing development projects across Malir, emphasising timely completion and quality standards.
During his visit, he reviewed facilities at the Community Center in Old Thana Malir and expressed satisfaction with the pace of work on Memon Goth Road. He also visited Damlooti Well and the Karachi Water Supply System, directing improvements to ensure better water distribution.
Deputy Mayor Murad participated in a ceremony marking the anniversary of the late Benazir Bhutto and attended an event at the office of Special Assistant for Public Health Engineering MPA Saleem Baloch.
He further inspected the construction of the new Malir Nadi Bridge and the Khalid Bin Waleed Road flyover in Kettle Colony, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high construction standards while accelerating project timelines.
Murad stated that the timely completion of development works in Malir remains the city government’s top priority, with no compromise on quality.
