KARACHI: The birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Founder of Pakistan, was celebrated with zeal at Hotel Mehran in collaboration with the Karachi Cantonment Board and Justice Helpline International. The dignified ceremony, held at the Karachi Cantonment Board, honoured Quaid-e-Azam’s vision, leadership, and steadfast commitment to justice, unity, and national progress.
The event was attended by Mr. Mohammad Abdullah, CEO of the Karachi Cantonment Board; Mr. Yasir Ahmed, General Manager of Hotel Mehran; Advocate Nadeem Sheikh; Advocate Saleem Michael; and Mr. Haris Amin, General Secretary of Justice Helpline International. Several prominent dignitaries and respected members of Karachi’s civil society were also present.
Speakers at the ceremony highlighted Quaid-e-Azam’s teachings, stressing the importance of faith, unity, discipline, and adherence to the rule of law. Mr. Mohammad Abdullah noted that the celebrations paid a fitting tribute to the Founder of Pakistan and symbolized national unity, particularly through the cake-cutting ceremony.
The event concluded with prayers for Pakistan’s peace, progress, and prosperity, reaffirming the enduring legacy of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the hearts of the nation.
