DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The District Administration hosted a farewell ceremony for trainee Assistant Commissioners, recognizing their contributions and professional performance during their training period and extending best wishes for their future careers.
Deputy Commissioner of Dera Ismail Khan congratulated Muhammad Umair, Taimoor‑ul‑Hassan, and Uthwa Jameela on completing their district attachment, which ran from 9 July to 26 December 2025. During this time, the officers gained practical experience in revenue and general administration and contributed to the compilation of the Dera Ismail Khan District Gazetteer, marking a notable achievement after a long interval.
The Deputy Commissioner praised their conduct and performance, noting that officers of the Provincial Management Service form the backbone of the province’s administrative system and public service delivery. He urged them to maintain integrity, professionalism, public‑friendly conduct, and adherence to the rule of law throughout their careers, describing public service as a sacred responsibility requiring patience, insight, and a positive approach.
The trainee officers expressed gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner for his mentorship and guidance, reaffirming their commitment to serving the province and the public with dedication, honesty, and diligence. Certificates, shields, and traditional Ajraks were presented to the officers at the conclusion of the ceremony.
