PESHAWAR: Senior Superintendent of Police (Operations), Farhan Khan, has said authorities are now visiting the homes of foreign nationals residing in the city illegally to inform them about government policies.
Khan said the federal government’s directive is clear: all undocumented foreigners must return to their home countries. He added that foreign residents are being advised to regularize their visas once back in their respective countries.
“So far, a significant number of illegal foreign residents have voluntarily returned home,” he said, stressing that law enforcement is focused on implementing the government’s policy.
The move is part of a broader effort to ensure compliance with immigration regulations and maintain law and order in Peshawar.
