SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD: Regional Director of the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh Khan Muhammad Zardari addressed an awareness and outreach session with representatives of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), highlighting the institution’s role in providing prompt and free justice to the public.

He said the Ombudsman Sindh offers an effective platform for citizens to report maladministration, injustice, and misuse of authority within government departments. Mr. Zardari noted that NGOs can play a crucial role in spreading awareness about the institution, particularly among marginalized communities.

The Regional Director added that the Ombudsman is giving special attention to issues affecting women, children, minority groups, and persons with disabilities. He stressed that the complaint registration process is simple and transparent.

Representatives from various NGOs attending the session praised the Ombudsman Sindh for its efforts and pledged full support in promoting public awareness about the institution. Officers from the Social Welfare Department and other social organizations were also present.
