PESHAWAR: Six additional judges took their oath of office at a formal ceremony in Courtroom No. 1 of the Peshawar High Court on Monday. Chief Justice Justice S.M. Atiq Shah administered the oath to the newly appointed judges.
The judges sworn in included Justice Muhammad Tariq Afridi, Justice Abdul Fayyaz, Justice Salahuddin, Justice Sadiq Ali, Justice Syed Mudassir Ameer, and Justice Qazi Jawad Ehsanullah.
The ceremony was attended by senior judicial officials, lawyers, and court staff. Participants extended their congratulations to the new judges, expressing hope that their induction would strengthen the judicial system and enhance the delivery of justice in the province.
The event maintained a solemn and respectful atmosphere, reflecting the importance of the occasion.
