DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Advocate Syed Ghazanfar Ali Shah, Provincial President of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria (TNFJ), visited Dera Ismail Khan to meet with District Khateeb Syed Ghazanfar Ali Naqvi and Regional President TNFJ Dera Ismail Khan.
During the meeting, the participants discussed key issues faced by the Shia community and matters concerning Waqf Kotli Imam Hussain (AS). They also considered practical steps to address these concerns and promote national unity.
Advocate Shah and other attendees emphasised the Shia community’s longstanding contribution to the development and stability of Pakistan, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They recalled the legacy of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Tashayyuh Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi in advocating peace and brotherhood, noting that Agha Muhammad Hussain Muqaddasi continues this mission of unity and devotion.
The participants highlighted the principle of “Do not provoke anyone, and do not abandon your faith” as a guiding ethos that could help foster national harmony. They also paid tribute to the Pakistan Army and security forces for their sacrifices in maintaining the country’s peace and stability.
The meeting concluded with special prayers for Pakistan’s security, stability, and prosperity, with a reaffirmed commitment from the Shia community to cooperate fully with the Pakistan Army and other security institutions.
