HYDERABAD: A farewell party was held for Gul Nisa Talpur, Regional Director of the Population Welfare Department Hyderabad, on the occasion of her retirement. The event was organised by the department to honour her years of dedicated service.
The ceremony was attended by senior officials, including Director General Population Welfare Raza Ali Baloch, DPWO Shahabuddin Memon, Asif Memon, Shahid Memon, Asghar Ali Arain, Abdul Ghaffar Memon, Dr Arbiya, Dr Badar-un-Nisa, Razaq Dano Memon, Ali Nawaz Hingoro, department staff, and other distinguished guests.
Speakers at the event praised Gul Nisa Talpur’s contributions, highlighting her honesty, dedication, and hard work during her tenure. They noted that under her leadership, several welfare programmes were successfully implemented, significantly benefiting the department and the community.
In her address, Gul Nisa Talpur thanked her colleagues and staff, saying that the memories of her time in the department would always remain close to her heart and expressing pride in having worked alongside her team.
