TANDO ALLAHYAR: In Tando Allahyar, a one-day free medical camp organized by Al-Khidmat Hospital provided essential treatment and medicines to low-income residents of Zardari Colony and surrounding areas, offering a rare opportunity for families who often struggle to access basic healthcare.
The camp was set up at a local Shiv Mandir, transforming the place of worship into a hub of medical care and community support. Patients were examined and treated free of charge as part of an outreach initiative spearheaded by Younus Qaimkhani and his administrative team.
Medical specialists, including Dr Shiraz YousafaniandDr Ramesh Chandani, conducted consultations and distributed medicines, ensuring that those most in need received attention and support. Residents attending the camp expressed gratitude, describing the initiative as a much-needed relief for struggling families. Many praised the organizers for serving the community without discrimination, highlighting the inclusive approach that welcomed everyone regardless of background. There were calls from locals for such medical camps to be held more regularly, noting their role in bridging gaps in healthcare access and improving the wellbeing of vulnerable populations.
