Tando Allahyar: Shiite groups held a protest sit-in at Kirya Shakh Chowk in Tando Allahyar following reports of the assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in attacks by the United States and Israel.
Demonstrators blocked the main intersection, expressing solidarity with Iran and denouncing the attacks. Protesters described the strikes as targeting leaders of the Muslim world and called on the Iranian government to seek justice for the Supreme Leader’s death.
The sit-in reflected widespread mourning in Pakistan and highlighted the anger and grief among local communities over the unfolding events in Iran.
