ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will witness the first full moon eclipse of the year today, with the event set to begin at 1:44 pm local time. According to the Meteorological Department, the partial eclipse will start at 2:50 pm, while the full eclipse is expected to commence at 4:05 pm.
The peak of the lunar eclipse will occur at 4:34 pm, with the full eclipse beginning to end at 5:03 pm. The partial eclipse will conclude at 6:17 pm, and the entire event will be over by 7:23 pm. Observers in Pakistan will see the eclipse partially at moonrise.
The lunar eclipse will also be visible across parts of Asia, Australia, and North and South America.
