KARACHI: The retail price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has surged to Rs320–350 per kg, according to Ali Haider. In a statement, he said LPG prices have increased significantly from around Rs250 per kg, citing supply shortages in the market.
Ali Haider urged the Pakistan government to arrange LPG imports from Russia or Oman to stabilize supply and control rising prices. He added that since the escalation of the Iran conflict, LPG supplies have declined while prices have continued to rise.
