KARACHI: : Senior Sindh minister Nasir Hussain Shah has said that the provincial government is considering the option of a smart lockdown in view of the prevailing circumstances.
Speaking to the media in Sukkur, he said the current situation is not normal and warned that if the conflict continues for a longer period, it could create difficulties for everyone.
Nasir Hussain Shah said that steps need to be taken to save fuel, stressing the importance of adopting necessary measures to manage resources and reduce unnecessary consumption.
He added that the government is closely monitoring the situation and will take decisions in the interest of the public and overall stability.
