KARACHI: Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi visited ongoing development projects in Union Council 1, Mai Garhi, in Manghopir Town along with the CLICK team, carrying out a detailed inspection of works under way.
Vice chairman Rana Arif accompanied him during the visit.
The chairman reviewed the construction of a park, landscaping work, walking tracks, children’s play areas and other development schemes, and directed officials to ensure quality, pace and transparency in all projects.
During a later inspection of road construction and rehabilitation work, he stressed the need to adopt modern engineering standards to ensure durable infrastructure.
He said no negligence in development work would be tolerated and that all projects would be completed promptly in line with public needs.
