JEDDAH: Pakistan’s Consul General Syed Mustafa Rabbani held a detailed meeting with the Governor of Jizan, Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as part of his ongoing introductory engagements with senior Saudi officials, where bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest were discussed.
Syed Mustafa Rabbani has continued a series of high-level meetings since assuming charge in Jeddah, engaging with key government figures and senior officials across different regions of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, both sides discussed avenues to further strengthen Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations, with a focus on expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest. Issues related to enhancing diplomatic coordination and improving bilateral engagement were also part of the discussions.
The consul general reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to deepening its long-standing fraternal ties with Saudi Arabia, while appreciating the Kingdom’s continued support and cooperation in various fields.
The meeting with Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud reflected the ongoing diplomatic outreach by Pakistan’s consulate to strengthen institutional and people-to-people relations between the two countries.
Officials noted that such engagements are part of a broader effort to enhance collaboration at multiple levels, including economic, consular and cultural cooperation, further reinforcing the historic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
