KARACHI: District South Police held a grand and dignified rally marking “Marka-e-Haq” to express solidarity with the armed forces and promote national unity, peace and patriotism.
The rally was organised under the leadership of SSP District South Mahzor Ali and was taken out from Nishan-e-Pakistan to Do Darya.
SP Clifton Khalid Javaid, SDPOs, SHOs, personnel of the Shaheen Force, members of civil society and a large number of citizens participated in the rally.
Participants carried national flags and raised slogans of Pakistan Zindabad, Sindh Police Paindabad and in support of the armed forces.
They paid rich tribute to the services and sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces and Sindh Police for the security, stability and defence of the country.
Speaking on the occasion, SSP Mahzor Ali said Sindh Police and the armed forces were guarantors of peace and stability in the country and had always ensured the protection of the nation through sacrifices, including the ultimate sacrifice of life.
