KARACHI: President of the Karachi Mobile and Electronics Dealers Association (KMEDA) Muhammad Minhaj Gulfam, accompanied by members of his cabinet, visited the Baldia mobile market on a special invitation from KMEDA Baldia Town chairman Farhan Qadri, where the inauguration ceremony of the KMEDA sub-office was held in a dignified atmosphere.
Traders and market representatives warmly welcomed the guests during the event.
Office-bearers from Banaras Mobile Market, Quaidabad Mobile Market, Metroville Mobile Market, Gulshan Sher Shah and several other mobile markets also attended the ceremony as part of the delegation.
Addressing the gathering at the inauguration of the sub-office, KMEDA president Muhammad Minhaj Gulfam said unity among the trader community remained its real strength and added that KMEDA would continue to play an active role in protecting traders’ rights, resolving their issues and promoting the development of markets.
He congratulated Baldia Town chairman Farhan Qadri on the establishment of the modern office and said it would serve as a strong platform for traders in Baldia Town.
The ceremony concluded in a pleasant atmosphere, followed by a formal reception hosted in honour of the guests.
Participants praised Farhan Qadri for his hospitality, sincerity, arrangements and warm welcome, describing the successful event as a reflection of unity and brotherhood within the trader community.
