KARACHI: Keamari Police have strengthened the district’s crime prevention and patrolling capabilities by adding nine new motorcycles to the Shaheen Force, as part of efforts to improve policing and enhance public safety.
The motorcycles were handed over to Shaheen Force personnel by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Keamari following directives aimed at further integrating the specialised force into the district’s crime control strategy.
During the ceremony, the SSP issued instructions to Shaheen Force personnel, directing them to intensify crime prevention efforts, ensure effective patrolling and maintain a visible presence in areas vulnerable to criminal activity.
Police said the newly formed motorcycle patrol squads had been deployed at sensitive locations across the district to improve response times and strengthen surveillance.
According to the Keamari Police spokesperson, the deployment forms part of ongoing measures to enhance policing, improve law enforcement operations and strengthen security across the district.
