HANGU: The Deputy Commissioner of Hangu, Basir Ali Rehman, has directed government departments to address shortcomings in public service delivery within two days following a review meeting on the district’s Service Delivery Road Map.
The meeting was convened in line with directives issued by the Chief Secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during a recent video conference and was attended by officials from all relevant departments.
During the session, participants reviewed performance across all service delivery indicators and assessed the progress of individual departments. Officials responsible for areas requiring improvement were instructed to take immediate corrective action, while departments were urged to maintain performance standards and further strengthen the delivery of public services.
Basir Ali Rehman said he would personally review the progress after two days and conduct field visits to assess implementation of the directives, evaluate service delivery indicators and monitor improvements on the ground.
