TEHRAN: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has insisted that Western nations have no choice but to recognize Iran’s scientific advancements.
Speaking during a visit to the country’s Atomic Energy Organization, Araghchi praised Iran’s achievements in the nuclear sector, emphasizing that Tehran will never relinquish its legitimate rights in this field.
He highlighted the wide-ranging applications of Iran’s enriched uranium capabilities, including in healthcare, environmental protection, agriculture, and industry. Araghchi rejected Western concerns over nuclear weapons, saying Iran is focused on scientific development rather than military ambitions.
He added that Iran has demonstrated remarkable progress in this sensitive and complex domain, challenging Western attempts to maintain a monopoly over nuclear expertise.
