SUKKUR: Muniba Shah Rashidi, daughter-in-law of Nadir Shah Rashidi and relative of the late spiritual leader of Shah Mardan Shah, joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Saturday.
She announced her decision to join the party in the presence of Sindh Provincial President Nisar Khuhro at his residence. The event was also attended by Shaheena Sher Ali, General Secretary of the PPP Women’s Wing Karachi Division and Provincial Minister.
Sindh PPP President Nisar Khuhro welcomed Muniba Shah Rashidi, describing her induction as an honor for Pir Sahib Pagara and his family. He emphasized that her joining strengthens the party’s ties with prominent local families.
Speaking on the occasion, Muniba Shah Rashidi said she placed her trust in the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and Adi Faryal Talpur. She pledged to contribute actively to the party’s growth and to play her part in strengthening its presence.
