KARACHI: The Tea Square community came together for Reach to Teach 2.0 – Ride for a Better Tomorrow, an event celebrating progress in education and reaffirming a shared commitment to empowering learners across Pakistan.

The event highlighted achievements including over 1,600 learners across 33 learning centers in nine cities, 200 graduates, and the growing impact of TeeSquare’s programs. More than 200 cyclists participated, bringing energy and purpose to the ride.

Thanks to this year’s sponsorships, TeeSquare will support 50 out-of-school children, enabling them to continue education up to primary levels and strengthen foundational literacy skills. This initiative will be carried out in partnership with the Rotary Pakistan Literacy Mission, reinforcing TeeSquare’s commitment to underserved communities.

Co-founders Saadia Junaid and Zainab Hameed opened the program, reflecting on the success of Reach to Teach 1.0 in 2024 and sharing how TeeSquare’s reach has expanded nationwide through new centers and enhanced support for existing ones. Partners highlighted the positive impact of the program on literacy, education quality, and self-esteem, particularly among female learners, while now also supporting male learners.

An independent evaluation by Henry Koge, founder of Teach Connect, confirmed measurable learning gains and strong potential for large-scale impact. TeeSquare extended thanks to sponsors, particularly Toyota, as well as to ambassadors and partner cycling groups including GG Riders, PECHS Riders, NNCG, Wings on Wheels, and Beach Luxury.

Funds raised during the event will be used to enhance educational resources and programs, furthering TeeSquare’s mission to promote quality learning and empower women and out-of-school children.
