JAMSHORO: The District Administration Jamshoro, in collaboration with the District Education Department, organized an awareness seminar titled “Your Future Begins Now: Career Paths in Artificial Intelligence, Science and Tomorrow’s Technology” at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Sindh University Society Phase-1, Jamshoro.
The event aimed to familiarize students with emerging global trends in technology and the expanding career opportunities in artificial intelligence. Addressing participants, Additional Deputy Commissioner-II Dr Adnan Muneer Tanu said the world was rapidly moving towards advanced technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, data science, robotics and computer science.
He emphasized that preparing youth to meet these evolving global demands was essential for national development and added that such educational initiatives played a vital role in equipping students with skills required for future job markets.
Guest speakers Dr Mir Hassan (PhD Artificial Intelligence) and Dr Erik Nelson (PhD Computer Science – AI) delivered detailed presentations on the growing global applications of AI, the rise in technology-driven employment opportunities, and the importance of research, programming and technical proficiency.
